The mind is a set of programs, but we've been affected by everything. So when you break free, you program your own mind. The planet is Mother Earth Gaia, rainforest, oceans, lakes, the earth. She's already vibrating at a higher level. She's awake. Then there's the world - two people can be in different worlds based on their perceptions. You have to wake up every day and opt out of that world. And so this is why you do basic affirmations: "You're all needs met"
