So now they're not only thinking about how do i prevent a massive riot from burning down a warehouse in the irish neighborhood? And this sort of unrespectable or immoral bachelor sub culture is under attack and many of them fight back. There's competition between neighborhoods, between wars between ethnic groups for resources like money and jobs.
