Chat GPT Isn't Going to Do It Off the Shelf.
The real product everyone's waiting for in this space is like the end user facing Bosch that answers most questions correctly all the time, whatever. We don't yet know for certain whether we've crossed that threshold yet of like, you know, hallucinations are rare enough that this is worth doing and it's valuable. It's been very fast moving time. This is a very exciting field to work in. Customer expectations are very high. And I think companies like Intercom are well positioned to try and do that.
