Engaging Stakeholders in Research

Start by applying your research practices to your stakeholders, understand like what are their driving motivations? What are the problems keeping them up at night and really seek to understand their anxieties. Then think about other ways to go beyond that workshops that we plan around the implementation of the recommendations. And then figuring out kind of fun ways to not only engage that group, but the broader organization in the research process.
