Is There a Recency Bias at Work?
Bius: I received communication from leaders an a couple of functions at work in the research side of lilly, the early discovery side. The question was, are we having than usual attrition in a certain thrapeutic area and a specific face? So to me, i took it initially in saying, well, definitely, we need to look at the data. However, there may be a recency bias here at play.
