There's this term barista fire that people go into and say, you have enough income to pay the bills and then you have this fun, enjoyable, and the name of that is being a barista. And so I think one of the reasons that there's such a shame and stigma in this industry is because people who work in the service industry often work 40, 60 hours and it's exhausting. But when you're doing these jobs for 10, 15, 20 hours, they're really enjoyable.
