Are You Competent?
i am extremely competitive, and i want to win. But it's completely irrelevant in this context, yes? Because it's not about being the best. And so i just try to remind myself that i have made a conscious effort,. because i am so competitive, to be intentional about brating other people. Not just people who are behind me. That's easy to do. The people who don't have as many followers, the people who aren't quite, you know, at the place in their career that i'm at is more important.
