Breathwork

At least three to five bouts of breathwork, anywhere from 90, 90 seconds to five minutes throughout the day. After every 90 minute block of work or so, i'll do five minutes of am resience frequency breathing. And h that's been a huge game changer. I deftly see my h r v, you know, a when i came out of the platform, i was 60 mil seconds, and it's like a hundred and ten now. So, yes, its pretty big increases just with these, like, life style changes.
