The People of Israel - Is Your God in a New World?

The idea of exile was a means of eradicating a people group holistically. How will they respond? There was multiple perspectives on this, this unique moment in their history. One approach was syncretism. Another approach was separatism. Withdrawal from the community, either fight it or flee from it. Just get out. This is where we find many believers looking at this current cultural moment. They don't know how to process it and so many are now trying to add God to the current cultural system.
