Fasting and keto are hugely beneficial tools in the toolbox, but you also need to be careful about who's using them at what period of time. With something like a longer multi day fast, I think one of the worst things that you can do is come out of that eating a huge carbohydrate-rich meal. It's not going to be good for your physiology or your gut. Your gut hasn't seen any food really in a couple of days. You really have to very slowly add things in. And then from there, start having some protein, some vegetables, not going crazy the first couple of times you eat after after that fast.
