Mijin Scott: We've seen in the literature that Moghar stroke units have gained increasing recognition and some regards could be considered a gold standard for pre-hospital stroke diagnosis and treatment. In those regions where it's not feasible to implement aMoghar stroke unit I think pre-hospital telestroke which can also be called a mini-MS review is very feasible, less resource intensive and it still can be highly accurate in assessing stroke patients. So we really encourage other centers to consider this approach particularly if they already have tele-stroke experience.
