How to Make a Great Artilleryman

Napoleon was put in charge of the artillery during the Siege of toulon. He immediately realised he needed more guns, ammunition and horses. The French were under-supplied at this point so Napoleon decided to get his own weapons. By the end of the siege, napoleon commanded 11 batteries totalling nearly 100 cannon and mortars. And true to form, he personally leads the attacks at great risk to himself.
