Are You in a Sephora or an Ulta?

When you go to Sephora, it really feels like you're risking it all. I've been a retail employee before and I was just happy to lie to customers to get out and go. That's a fora employee. It's just like what can get you to the cash register so I can go on my 15 minute break. But how do I know what an Ulta even is? You must have been in one or have driven past one at some point. What would you say is the difference between these two retail?"
