The reason people aren't motivated likely has to do with your communication skills not being on point. If you can't, like i said, stand at a wipe board for ten or 15 minutes and not only draw where you're going, how you're going to get there and where everybody fits in to your organization, you'r going to have a very difficult time getting anywhere ever. A business partner should bring some knowledge, work, ethic, money, a connections, you know, things that you don't have,. There's no reason for you to go into business with them. Don't try to sign up for a deal unless you're ready to be a highly valued c o. Become
