But there are many reasons to actually want the weight loss to progress on a more, at a more slower pace. Protein is going to be much more metabolized, metabolized than carbs or fat. When you don't get enough sleep, you are hungrier. You end up eating more and you're still not satisfied. And when you do these extreme diets, right, where you cut out and you try and lose so fast, you’re not satisfied because you can't eat anything that you enjoy and psychologically you burn out.
