Ted Hall's Secrets to the Bomb
Ted Hall's parents were from Russia. He grew up in a household in which the Soviet Union was not some, you know, big boogie man. So did he give the secrets to the bomb to the Soviets because he believed the Soviets were more responsible than the United States or better equipped to handle this responsibility? Or maybe do he want them to win a standoff post World War II? No, I think Ted was pretty clear that the reason he gave the bomb is they were going to develop the bomb with or without him.
