I feel like, for some reason, i think in the team, you got to give m at least 30 days. Easitimes, they'll then bump you out of that operational roll and put you somewhere purely administrativey. It can seem actually very punitive as the person that's happening to ye. And t it's, ah, that was one of the harder lessons for me to learn,. I mean, the seal community riht. The seal teams, the the damn duty stations that you serve at have team in the the name of it. There is an emphasis to want to retain knowledge.
