The Difference Between Exercise and Movement

Movement is just any time you change the shape of your body or even the tissues within your body. Exercise is this really specific type of movement. But there's lots of more subtle movements that can happen. Physical activity is actually less specific than exercise. That's just you doing types of movement that usually use your muscular skeletal system and burn some sort of calories while you're doing it, like they have to be ccal expenditure.
