Vaccines and the Pandemic

For people like me, it's very hard to hell whether a vaccination will have any effect. A lot of people don't realize that they could be standing next to a clinically extremely vunourable patient in a shop or on a bus. Anybody who has been jabbed can still transmit the virus and potentially make me seriously ill.
