When you get into repeatable process, you have the play books to actually support reps. You can't just bring in raps and have them drink from the fire hose. One an four recks fail. That's the average. So te your burn rate can get high, either very, very quickly or slowly. Just increase over time. And absolutely nothing, none of this works if you can't figure out hiring.
