The Emissions Trading System and the Social Climate Fund
There's an huge element of solidarity in the whole package. The aim is to get europe to that position. For some that's easier than for others, obviously. But they all have to do their best efforts. And er to help those who have a bigger challenge to get there. We've also tailored some of the packages for recovery to meet those goals. If we can agree on extending the omission trading system, some of the revenues ad will also go into a social climate fund.
