What Does That Word Genius Really Mean?
i don't believe in genius. Genius is simply a label that we put on people with exceptional talent, creativity, ability and so and so forth. So i'm interested in how people apply it. How do we app it? Well, genius, according to macmahan, is a place holder term,. A word we all know and use and feel like we understand but it doesn't cleanly map onto anything that is easily defined. This question, what does that word genius really mean? Slipped into my mind and would not leave after i read about one of the most famous studies in al psychology, terman's termite study.
