Can I Get Better Strength Gains Using Six Plus Raps?

You can get a majority strength gains using six plus raps. How that strength transfers to functional tasks is much less established, certainly through research and even if you might get some more strength,. i'm not sure of the practical relevance of it. The average person who's lifting packages up? They're they're looking more at endurance, base strength. So i would just say for the vast majority of people, again, 95 plus % of the population, using a rep range of what say, six to 15 reps are going to be more than sufficient in their life style.
