How to Grow Your Capacity for More Training
I've been thinking a lot about lately and it keeps coming up on the show. To what extent should we all be trying to grow our capacity for more training? Is that a good goal for most people? I asked this because I have quite a few friends who have done your assessments or had programs from you. A theme that I seem to have noticed is that a lot of them are surprised at how much volume they're getting from your programs. There's always a some degree of difference in individualization in it, but he would say as a resounding principle. It's good to build resilience or work capacity in any athlete over time.
