This is the second episode in a series of four on the topic of regulation and dysregulation on the autism spectrum. Dr. Theresa Regan: The neurology of autism does place the individual at a higher risk for struggling with a dysregulation, at least for some seasons of their life. So one of the things we want to do in addition to recognizing dysregulated states is to have a strategy for life that helps reduce the number and the intensity of dysregulated episodes or seasons.
