Are You Looking for a Visionary?

The most obvious place to looki is inside your company. And there may be somebody who 's ready to step up into that roll. It's hard for visionaries to bring an integrator in from the outside and really trust them. But i honestly challenge people and tell them so. Just last week, i was interviewing somebody, and one of our corps values is we're committed to our mission.
