The Risk of Lorringo Spasm in Children
20 to 25 is typically what I'm shooting for. If the patient has poorly compliant lungs or something like that I might shoot for a little something a little higher. And so your goal is to have a leak at 30? It depends on the surgery, it depends on the patient. But we do know neurologically these younger kids have an increased risk.
