In certain pre hospital settings this just might not be feasible, and you've got to gather your information from other areas. But if you're in a nice, quiet setting, maybe in someone's home, then you need to be listening to the chest. Is there equal air entry? And are there any added or weird sounds? You know, we're thinking about wheezing, m any kind of sounds of consolidation. And don't forget the back. That's where the majority of the lungs are, isn't it? So an don't forget to listen down the back as well. While all this is going on, either yourself or your colleague can be sticking on some monitoring. Here
