The Benefits of Reminding Your Nervous System of How to Behave

If there's a specific preconditioning drill that you're doing to remind your nervous system of how to behave, it may have a benefit further down the track. So let's just take a crazy example where someone deliberately does some one legged sort of half squats with their eyes closed to remind themselves of how to keep the knee flexed. And especially as I fatigue that becomes more important so under that condition potentially performance might be slightly greater because the knee is now functioning properly.
