Is This a Year of Opportunity?
I think we're seeing some sellers that are realizing that they hate even though the values have changed based on the cost of funding, they're still making a profit. A lot of folks have a lot of equity than properties and are moving them at prices that make sense. So there are sellers out there that are icing properties very, very well. I think it's going to be a lot of great opportunities for this year. But you know we don't buy when the market's this hot. When the market's going down a little bit, give us a call. Those are investors who are going to be pulling out a lot of cash and buying property, I believe, this year.
