The Importance of Equity

Equal rights can't be achieved without equity in the current system that we're living in now. People who have privilege they don't realize that because they only look at it from their own perspective That happens a little bit. Non-native speakers women people of color like they usually have to work harder To prove that they deserve the things that they're getting or even if it's just for themselves.
