The Law of the Jubilee
Leviticus speaks of seven weeks of years in reference to the jubilee. The event declared to daniel is a greater awaited jubilee, multiplied by ten. This awaited event would put an end to israel's transgressions and confirm sin or rification offerings. From the earliest period of the church, christians have seen in this prophecya foretelling of the advent and the ministry of christ.
