The Limits of Hate Speech

The state is totally incapable, has not the capacity to regulate the whole shit tides. My argument is the law should concentrate on a narrower category which I call dangerous speech. It goes slightly beyond the classic position of only direct incitement and likely imminent and intended violence. And very often, last point on this, on the hate speech side, I think the laws, two restrictive laws are counterproductive.
