Is the Compensation Going to Be Person Based, Market Based, or Internally Augmented?
In traditional orgs, is the comp going to be seen by everyone else or not? Is there project manager level one and project manager level two on a project? So are we playing the game of letting nobias and identity creep in. Are we actually making offers that are a given, and people take him or leave im? And i have strong feelings about if anybody wants to get into it.
