And one of the ways that amy talks about building an environment of safety is through candor, this process of actually sharing what we actually think. It starts to feel much more safe to participate fully in a conversation, or to share your perspective fully with somebody else on the team. and as kim says, it's often a gift. Ie, grat hygiene.
