John Nielsen Wright is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Asian and Middle East Studies at the University of Cambridge. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at Chatham House, the think tank in London. We ask him to explain the dynamics between Japan and South Korea as well as their relationship with America. John: There's been a lot going on in the diplomatic activity in between Japan and Korea and others. What you're seeing really unfolding is an effort by these three countries to strengthen their security partnership.
