Tsai Ing-Wue's Vision of Taiwan's Future

Tsai effectively setting out a path that involves being close to the West, relying on the US and Ma. She has done literally nothing to move the goalposts in terms of Taiwan's de-juring independent, anywhere more than what they already was. Beijing sees DPP as having an agenda that is pro-Taiwan independent, even though for Taiwan's administration at least, it's just not the case.
