It's not all about just making weight. We've many people who are performance nutritionists working with those types of athletes, either in combat sports or otherwise. So what we do is we categorize these into weight classes and so let's say for MMA mixed martial arts, there's weight classes where they go from 57 kilos to 77 kilos. Some of my size and I walk around at 70 kilos, even if I'm a really good boxer or judo guy or wrestler or whatever, I'm probably not going to fare too well if I come up against the guys 120 kilos.
