The standard is ingto be psychological safety, where everyone feels safe to be creative and fail. You can't just put it on the shirt and say, ok, we're positive f culture now. We're learn culture now. It's such a great question. And i think kind of all over the place with this answer, but it's it. How can you say wereking to wereging to create? Like howan you got to crea a system. What does it look like? What does it not look like? And really create systems and norms that are low hanging fruit for you, and then slowly build from that.
