If the capital levels are really low that might be a big concern but if not I it's not the main thing to worry about. It'll probably fail for a reason like like the ones we were talking about if there's a run on the uninsured deposits and stuff. The banks that you saw fail failed because they were in the worst position for that type of risk that is the risk that happened.
