CNN's John eastman talks about the special grand jury investigation into Donald Trump. He says that some of the high profile witnesses are not technically sapinas, but they're called certificates of material witness. Eastman: They can try and challenge it in front of a judge in their local jurisdictions. It's also possible they can make that case should they be compelled to come down to georgia as well.
