Predicting Hemorrhic Expansion Using Non-Cont CT Imaging
The authors performed a retrospective cross-sectional study, including various hospitals in the US, Canada, Europe, and China. They define hematoma expansion as an ICH volume growth above six smell or greater than 33% of the initial bleed volume. Hypodensities were defined as evidence of any hypodense area,. As long as this hypodense, it was encapsulated within the hemorrhage.
