Levodopa Side Effects in Parkinsons Patients

A nausea came up and discanesia. These extra movements that can happen once someo has had parkinsons for a long time when they take levodopatherapy. Also, orthe stasis can worsen with levodopa therapy. And at higher doses, or in particularly vulnerable patients, hallucinations and psychotic os and finally, fatigue. There is a sub set of patients that i have that 30 minutes after they take leave odopa, they get exhausted and they have to lie down.
