The point of meditation is to accept your experience. Sometimes your experience is anger. Sometimes you experience frustration or sadness or anxiety. Emotions are not we think of them as distractions that are not distractions or information. Anger is actually useful. Like in the hunter gatherer human evolutionary phase, anger was a tool. It's like, oh, something bad is happening, and i need to get hamped up to respond.
