How Do You Qualify Archives as Evidence?

In the third chapter of your book, you look at what an alternative to archive as evidence might be and how an evidential obsession impacts our day-to-day work with archives. You do that by talking about your own work with York past and present and with an LGBTQ plus archiving project in York. I would love if you could talk more about those projects, how they challenge power and authority and how they presented effective alternatives for considering what constitutes valuable archival heritage. And my valuable there is in air quotes, I guess.
