There are biases people have just because they've they're eating grass-fed meat. It doesn't mean it's that much healthier We're talking about the saturated fat levels change. Nutrition research is not perfect. It's messy. I'm very hopeful with large data analysis and machine learning to actually even make that process better. But until then I think we should basically rely on what we've learned over the last Three four or five decades as far as nutritional patterns are concerned.
