Are You Working With Your Physicians to Mek for This Day?
Even if we aren't predicting a huge physician shortage, we do expect physician movement and posicians to have other options. You can't just assume physician loyalty like you never could, but especially now. We are seeing higher salaries, signing bonuses, better vacation time and benefits coming out of other employers for physicians. And that's still not necessarily a shortage. That's a shortage for you, the employer. Well, sarah, daniel, can't we ter back talking about physicians with me again in future? Always happy to talk about this stuff.
