The Uncomfortable Feeling of Cold
When you first begin to practice in this way, you might emphasize the recognition of the ones of the feelings that are very obvious. Now sometimes these feelings may be very clear. They're very strong, something very pleasant, very unpleasant. But sometimes not. And so because it's a sustained experience, it gives you time to just investigate its nature. So you can use it to explore this nature.
