The flip example that i put in the book, i just realized one day i was being a terrible boss to myself. Like when something good would happen, i wouldn't stop to celebrate it. New thoughts turn into new actions turnd to new results. That's where the life change happens. And so it's not just about the thought. It's about oke wil hodo ive lived that out? How do i put that into practice? And then what results do i get when i do?
