How to Find a Co-Founder That Shares Your Passion

If you are a bootstrapper, you will have to be looking for co-founders that want to go down the bootstrapper out too. This needs to be very clear between the founders from the beginning. Make sure you work towards the same business goals and at least discuss these kind of contingencies along the way. While most people entertain the idea of a big exit, some founders just don't care about it. So I want to keep it going forever.
